What is the processing time for monogrammed orders?
Please allow an additional 7 days for monogramming. Please review your selection carefully, as monogrammed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. For more details and custom embroidery options, please contact us.
How does the monogramming process work?
Choose between 1 or 2 initials and select from our Serif or Script fonts for embroidery. You can also choose your preferred embroidery colour and position (if applicable) to create a unique piece for yourself or a loved one.
How many letters can I have?
You may enter between 1 and 2 characters.
Are the monograms capital letters or lower case?
All initials will be embroidered in capital letters.
Is there space between the letters?
There is no spacing between the embroidered characters.
What is the return policy on monogrammed items?
Monogrammed orders are non-refundable.
