We offer several safe and secure payment options for your order. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay (Australia only).
How long does shipping take?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Express Orders (Australia): 1-3 business days
Standard Orders: 3-7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the capacity of the local postal service.
Will I need to be at home for delivery?
Yes, a signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, your package will be held for you at your local post office.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of Australia. However, we are working on it and we hope to ship SVILLA pieces around the globe soon.
How will I know if my order has been received?
